Primary Responsibilities:
1. To play an important role in driving sales and business development for raw materials and ingredients within the Nutraceutical industry.
2. Should have sound knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients, current market trends and regulations for this product category.
3. Identify new opportunities with existing clients in terms of products and projects.
4. Maintain existing and develop new customers through planned strategic sales initiatives.
5. Lead the onboarding of new clients, and provide all technical support needed to convert an opportunity to sales.
6. Ensure to update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
7. Develop and manage pricing models, sales templates, and related tools.
8. Work across different divisions to help generate new business and market expansion.
9. Help in finding new vendors with full documentation support for different product segments within nutraceutical industry.
10. Support sourcing team in gathering all technical information from supplier that requested by the client, ensuring project stays on track at all times
11. Develop solid relationship with new suppliers, gather supplier insights, and coordinate with marketing team to prepare relevant marketing material for generating revenues.
12. Develop new methods for improving efficiency in procurement processes such as implementing online bidding platforms or updating procurement policies to reflect current trends in the industry. Maintain product and revenue analysis of existing customers to align forecast to actual reconciliation.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification:
Mandatory: Masters degree in Pharmaceuticals
Optional: MBA in Pharmaceuticals with BPharm
Experience:
2 to 4 years in field of Nutraceuticals / Food with a manufacturer or a distributor.
