Good Learnings , completely dependent on Project. Compared to other Service based , this is OK.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good , as deadlines are very tight. Most of the project is dependent on a single Client and they are considered ad GOD. Hybrid mode is not good , Salary deduction if not gone to office. No subsidized food. Its costly. Managers are not technically strong.
