E-commerce Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) Processing across multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be the first touchpoint for PO fulfillment, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong Excel proficiency, and prior experience in e-commerce operations. The right candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining operational processes, tracking performance, and optimizing order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

1. PO Management & Coordination

a. Manage end-to-end PO processing, ensuring smooth operations from acknowledgment to delivery.

b. Work closely with multiple e-commerce & quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.

c. Keep track of all POs, ensuring timely fulfillment, memo generation, appointment scheduling, and goods delivery.

d. Coordinate with relevant SPOCs, KAMs, and channel warehouse teams to resolve any bottlenecks in PO execution.

2. Tracking & Reporting

a. Maintain daily updates on PO trackers, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

b. Prepare and manage executive MIS reports for stakeholder visibility and progress tracking.

c. Analyze shortfalls at SKU level, ensuring stock availability (current & upcoming) aligns with PO requirements.

3. Logistics & Delivery Execution

a. Align with courier partners for pickup & delivery, ensuring seamless execution.

b. Follow up with warehouse SPOCs at various platforms to troubleshoot delivery, unloading, or operational issues.

c. Ensure all shipments meet quality & compliance standards before dispatch.

Who Were Looking For

• Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce domains.
• Skills:
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless operations.
• Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach.

Preferred: Experience working with e-commerce platforms & their backend operations.
