2. Practical Learning & Hands-on Training

• Guide students in financial statement analysis, journal entries, and balance sheet preparation.
• Conduct practical sessions using accounting software like Tally and Excel.
• Provide insights into GST, Income Tax, and modern accounting practices.

3. Student Development & Career Guidance

• Prepare students for CBSE board exams, CA Foundation, CS Foundation, and CMA exams.
• Encourage participation in commerce-related competitions, business simulations, and stock market projects.
• Help students understand career opportunities in accounting, auditing, and finance.

4. Assessment & Performance Tracking

• Design and evaluate assignments, case studies, and financial modelling projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their analytical skills.

5. Collaboration & Professional Development

• Participate in curriculum development, teacher training, and commerce-based workshops.
• Organize guest lectures and industry interactions with finance professionals.
• Collaborate with Business Studies and Economics faculty for an integrated commerce learning experience.
