We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional marketing as well as experience with digital marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Design and create compelling visual content for print and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website management.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI for all campaigns.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in digital marketing and graphic design.

Experience:-

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in digital marketing and graphic design.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CANVA or similar.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
