Job Description
- To ensure planning of production as per customer need and execute for zero variance.
- Raw material quality inspection as per control plan & process sheet.
- Adherence of quality parameters of heat treatment process (Hardening, Tempering & Normalizing as per process sheet)
- Adherence of customer specific requirements (CSR) as per supplier manual.
- Running of phosphating / bonderizing operation.
- Quality assurance of outsourcing job work materials.
- To ensure quality parameter during new part development.
- Inspection analysis of metallurgical parameters of in house rejection as well as customer end returns.
- Total cost management. (Operation, Manpower, HSD consumption).
- Monitoring of drilling operation.
- Continuously improving productivity and quality norms.
- To plan resources (man, material & machines) in most efficient way to meet the production targets.
- To continuously reduce the manufacturing cost to improve the profitability.
- To ensure daily production punching in SAP & daily MIS/dashboard review.
- To ensure effective daily work management system of department and get it reviewed with the Plant Head.
