• Monthly customer wise and item wise sale monitoring. (Pending Invoice Reason)
• Monthly budget plan as per time line after reviw.
• To prepare & review EBITDA budget vs actual on weekly basis. (Causes of Change)
• To prepare annual business plan. (Deep drive and productivity drive)
• To monitor & analyze the component wise costing.
• To prepare and review monthly cost per Kg of all departments.
• To allot the budget of Consumable consumption to all departments.
• All expenses monitoring for actual EBITDA like salary, power, consumables, freight & admin cost on daily basis.
• Daily job-work cost monitoring for cutting, forging, drilling, shot blasting & MPI.

Third party stock review once in a month with PR department /Highlight Exception

• Daily monitoring of component purchase budget vs actual. (Store Stock Review / Physical Vs. Books)
• Branch transfer and vendor rate working for purchase order.
• WIP valuation & monitoring on weekly basis. (GL price Diff - Review)
• Activity rate define in SAP as and when required. (To be check with the SAP team)
• Cost run in SAP for new component. (To be check with the SAP team)
• To verify Vendor and customer cost with actual cost.
• To verify in-house job-work bill with working.
• Vendor wise rejection debit note working.
• Any other responsibility assign by management time to time.
• To develop successor through 2nd line employees.
• To get Understand of GST & ensure no loss of GST credit
• Monthly GST 2B vs Purchase vs GL reconciliation, CDNR and B2B amendment invoices on portal.
• Payable of GST by 1st of every month by 95% accuracy level.
