Project Co-ordinator

Modern Arch Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is looking for Project Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and equipment, to ensure that they are available and allocated appropriately. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and work with project managers to develop and implement mitigation strategies. Track and report on project status, including progress against timelines, budget, and project deliverables. Communicate project status to stakeholders, including project team members, senior management, and external stakeholders. Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items. Assist with project documentation, including creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and other project-related documentation. Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing project-related reports. Strong organizational and communication skills.
