We are a fast-growing UK-based private vehicle hire booking agency expanding our sales team in Chennai. Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in accelerating our sales growth in the UK- all from our modern office in Chennai.

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Executive, you will connect exclusively with our UK clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email, utilising a state-of-the-art auto-dialler system. Importantly, you'll handle only warm leads - no cold calling. Your goal is to expertly guide potential customers from enquiry to completed booking while ensuring a top-notch client experience.

Attractive Base Salary + Performance-based uncapped bonus.

Our top performers have the potential to earn between Rs 1.5 to 2+ lacs per month by meeting and exceeding their sales targets.

Please note that excellent written and spoken English is crucial for engaging effectively with our UK clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Warm Leads Efficiently: Handle inbound and outbound enquiries, identify customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Nurture connections with new and existing customers, contributing to long-term business success.
• Communicate Persuasively: Apply your sales expertise and customer service skills to achieve high conversion rates.
• Collaborate Internationally: Liaise with our UK-based team to deliver seamless booking experiences.

What Were Looking For:

• Education: Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree.
• Experience: 2-5 years in sales.
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Working Hours: UK business hours, Monday to Friday, 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm IST.
