Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced E-Learning Sales Expert who can strategically drive sales for our platform, leveraging deep industry knowledge and advanced selling techniques.

This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can develop and execute on comprehensive sales plans to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:.
Lead consultative sales efforts by providing expert advice on e-learning solutions for law firms, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies for B2B and B2C markets, focusing on high-impact opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the e-learning and legal sectors.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver targeted campaigns and gather market feedback for continuous improvement.
Serve as a thought leader, representing EBC Learning at industry events and contributing to webinars and white papers.
Use market data and insights to identify trends and opportunities, shaping product offerings and sales strategies accordingly.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A legal background or law degree is a strong advantage.
5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the e-learning or legal industry.
Proven expertise in consultative selling, with a track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
Strong understanding of e-learning platforms, particularly in legal education.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and use data to inform strategic decisions.
Experience with CRM and analytics tools for tracking sales performance and pipeline management.
