Job Description
- Preparation of Agenda, Minutes of the Board Meetings and Committee Meetings.
- Maintenance of statutory records and registers
- Managing dividend related compliances from opening of dividend account to transfer of unclaimed dividend to IEPF.
- Managing all IEPF relation compliances and IEPF Claims
- Taking care of ROC and FEMA Compliances
- Resolving investors complaints including those routed through Stock exchanges.
- Daily Co-ordination with RTA and Shareholders to resolve the requests/grievances of Shareholders.
- Co-ordination with RTA for Transmission, Name deletion, Duplicate Share Certificate and other service requests of shareholders
- Assist in preparation of Annual Report and AGM Notice
- Handling procedural requirement for AGM and voting results
- ESOP related Secretarial and FEMA compliances
- Resolving queries of Auditors
- Managing Secretarial compliances of Subsidiary Companies
- Handling other secretarial assignments
- Handling compliances under SEBI Regulations
