Job Description
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage the project plan for the password reset implementation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Team Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, cybersecurity, and support staff.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
- Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the technical aspects of the password reset implementation.
- Ensure the solution meets security requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to address technical challenges.
- Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement testing plans to ensure the solution meets quality standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure documentation and training materials are created and distributed.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in cybersecurity or password management.
- Strong understanding of password reset systems and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience with password management tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of Middle East regulatory requirements related to IT and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
