ERP Fin Lead

Report Development:

1. Design and develop OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports and dashboards.
2. Create and customize BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.

Data Integration:

1. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless application integration with Oracle Fusion.
2. Utilize FBDI (File-Based Data Import) for real-time data integration into Oracle Fusion applications.

Data Modeling:

1. Develop and manage data models for Procure to Pay and Supply Chain Execution processes.
2. Ensure data integrity and optimize data flow within Oracle Fusion applications.

Quarterly Maintenance and Upgrades:

1. Perform tasks related to quarterly maintenance packs and upgrades.
2. Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption during upgrade cycles.

Technical Support and Performance Management:

1. Provide day-to-day technical support for Oracle Fusion applications.
2. Monitor and manage application performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
3. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Documentation:

1. Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and test plans.
2. Maintain up-to-date documentation for all customizations and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in OTBI, BIP, RESTful API development, and FBDI-based application integration.

Strong knowledge of data models and data flow for Procure to Pay and Supply Chain Execution.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical Developer.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills:

Knoweledge with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with industry best practices for Procure to Pay and Supply Chain Execution.
