Job Description
- DBAResponsibilities Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security
- Experience on SQL Server patching Security governance Experience on Azure SQL servers Installation configuration

- Strong analytical, problem solving, time management and organizational skills Excellent knowledge in Data backup, recovery, security, integrity
- Experienced in Installation / configuration, upgradation, Migration, Patching of SQL servers
- Strong experience on High Availability techniques like Always ON, Replication, Log-Shipping and Mirroring
- Experience on Windows Cluster Setup Ability to query tables using complex queries using joins and functions Must be able to create SPs, Triggers, Tables, Indexes, Constraints
- Tuning T-SQL queries to improve performance Advise developers on the most efficient database designs (tables, datatypes, stored procedures, functions, etc)
- Create and manage automation scripts to detect issues in database operations, performance Control access permissions and privileges
- Moderate knowledge on SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
- Develop, maintain, and administer complex ETL using SQL Server Database tuning and capacity planning Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours
- Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge in PowerShell and automating tasks is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MariaDB, Mysql Nosql dbs and reporting tools like PowerBI tableau
- Microsoft Certification on Microsoft SQL Database Administration will be advantageous
