Job Description
- Job Description: Role: Senior Technical Recruiter (US IT Staffing)Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and source qualified candidates for open IT positions in the US job marketScreen and evaluate candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for US IT jobs
- Match candidates to the right job openings and present them to managers
- Negotiate salaries and benefits on behalf of candidates, ensuring that they are competitive with the US IT job market
- Build and maintain relationships with US candidatesClose placements and track metrics to measure success
- Required Skills:4+ years of experience in US IT recruiting, with a proven track record of successExcellent English communication skills, both written and spokenTelephonic and email communication skills
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in US Tax Terms, Job Portals, etc Computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of different technologies and the terminology of the software development environmentAbility to organise and prioritise multiple work assignments, work with little supervision, and work well under pressur
