Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Hyderabad.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, withexpertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, and hands-on experiencewith integrations. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforcesolutions to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development:o Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce technologies,including LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.o Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet businessrequirements.
• Integrations:o Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systemsusing REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or AppExchange products.o Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flowacross platforms.
• Business Collaboration:o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze businessrequirements, translating them into technical solutions.o Provide guidance and recommendations for leveraging Salesforcefeatures effectively.
• Code Quality and Best Practices:o Ensure adherence to coding best practices, including code reviews,documentation, and version control.o Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce implementations.
• Support and Maintenance:o Debug and resolve technical issues in Salesforce.o Provide support for enhancements, upgrades, and patches as required.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

Technical Skills:o Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, andSalesforce declarative development tools.o Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud customization andconfiguration.o Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs,MuleSoft, or other middleware tools.o Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Git, Copado, or Jenkins is aplus.

Experience:

o 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.o Proven track record in delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations,especially involving Sales Cloud and integrations.Other Skills:o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative teamenvironment.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Sales CloudConsultant, or Integration Architect are highly preferred.
