Senior Manager - Content Writer

Location: Gurugram, Immediate Joiners Preferred (Work from office)

What you'll do:

Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a high-impact content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Own the content roadmap, ensuring alignment with marketing, product, and business goals.
• Leverage SEO, content marketing, and audience insights to create compelling narratives across blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and paid marketing.

Brand Storytelling & Thought Leadership

• Craft powerful brand stories that position MobiKwik as a leader in fintech, digital payments, and financial inclusion.
• Develop thought leadership contentarticles, whitepapers, reports, and industry insights—to build credibility.
• Work with leadership, product, and PR teams to amplify key messages across media platforms.

Content Creation & Distribution

• Lead a team to produce diverse content formats, including video scripts, infographics, interactive content, and multimedia storytelling.
• Drive content syndication across owned, earned, and paid channels to maximize reach and impact.
• Collaborate with designers, social media managers, and growth teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Performance & Optimization

• Use data-driven insights to track content performance, optimize campaigns, and improve engagement.
• A/B test content formats, headlines, and distribution strategies to maximize ROI and user engagement.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content formats to refine MobiKwik’s content approach.

What You Will Possess:

Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience in content marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in fintech, D2C, e-commerce, or tech-driven brands with a deep understanding of digital audiences.
• A proven track record of driving organic growth, engagement, and conversion through content marketing.

Skills & Expertise

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to turn complex fintech concepts into engaging content.
• Expertise in SEO, content strategy, digital marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and content performance measurement.
• Ability to drive multi-format content (blogs, social media, video scripts, whitepapers, reports, etc.).

Leadership & Strategic Thinking

• Experience in leading and mentoring content teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to execute at speed in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
• Familiarity with multimedia content formats, including video scripts and podcasts, is a plus.
