Job Description

Position Overview:
The Digital Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of digital strategies and processes across the organization. This team works closely with technology, marketing, and business units to optimize digital workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. Members of the team will be responsible for supporting digital infrastructure, monitoring performance, and  driving innovation within digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Process Optimization:
  • Identify areas for process improvement within digital workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital operations.
  • Implement tools and technologies to automate routine tasks.
    2. Performance Monitoring Reporting:
    • Oversee and monitor the performance of digital platforms and systems.
    • Provide regular reports on system performance, user engagement, and digital ROI.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues affecting digital operations.
      3. Project Management:
      • Assist in the planning and execution of digital initiatives, ensuring timelines are met.
      • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deadlines.
      • Manage ongoing projects and assist with tracking milestones.
        4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
        • Work closely with IT, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth digital operations.
        • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand digital needs and propose solutions.
          5. Technology Platform Management:
          • Ensure digital platforms (websites, applications, etc.) are updated and maintained.
          • Lead the adoption of new tools and platforms within the digital operation space.

          • 6. Customer Experience:
            • Monitor and enhance the end-user experience across digital touchpoints.
            • Gather user feedback to inform the continuous improvement of digital platforms.
            • Ensure that all digital interactions are customer-centric, user-friendly, and accessible.

              Requirements
              Qualifications:
              Education: Any Graduates
              Experience: 2-5 years in digital operations, digital marketing, or a related
              field.
              Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills
              with experience managing cross-functional teams.
              Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
              to liaise with various stakeholders.
              Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve
              operational issues.
              Technical Skill :- Good Understanding on Excel and Power Point.
