Job Responsibilities
✅ Sales & Customer Handling:
* Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
* Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information about devices.
* Resolve customer and vendor queries, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory sales experience.
✅ Lead Generation & Digital Engagement:
* Manage and respond to OLX postings via calls, messages, and follow-ups.
* Generate new leads through platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels.
* Maintain and update customer and vendor databases with accurate details.
* Engage with customers and vendors to improve experience and satisfaction.
✅ Social Media & Marketing Collaboration:
* Create reels and YouTube videos, collaborating with influencers and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
* Serve as the social media front face of the company. (for reels and your videos etc.)
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost digital reach and engagement.
✅ Vendor & Floor Management:
* Manage vendors on the sales floor and assist them with inquiries.
* Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience through effective communication.
Key Skills Required
1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
2. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections.
3. Proficiency in social media platforms for lead generation.
4. Experience in vendor relationship management.
5. Ability to multitask and work under targets.
6. Basic knowledge of MS Office.
7. Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or vendor handling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
