Brand Development Manager Menswear

Role & responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and launch of new collections by providing insights on current trends and customer preferences.
2. Conduct market research to understand menswear trends, customer buying patterns, and competitor offerings.
3. Ensure the menswear line maintains consistency in quality, fit, and brand standard
4. Provide recommendations to the design and product teams based on customer insights and trend forecasts and assist in selection of fabrics
5. Participate in pricing policies and decisions
6. Appoint area wise agents and coordinate sales and samples with them
7. Implement strategies to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote customer loyalty.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.

• 3-6 years of experience in menswear merchandising or retail, with a track record of driving sales in Indian market
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
• The candidate should be able to travel at a very short notice
• Need very strong candidates who have good judgmental skills.
