Digital Marketing Specialist

. Campaign Management. Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.

Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audiences.

SEO SEM. Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure high ROI.

Content Marketing. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.

Develop content calendars and ensure timely content publication across various digital platforms.

Promote content through social media, email, and paid media campaigns.

Social Media Marketing. Manage social media profiles and create strategies to grow followers and engagement.

Monitor social media trends, respond to customer queries, and engage with followers.

Run paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Analytics Reporting. Analyze and track digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting platforms.

Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of campaigns, traffic, and key metrics.

Use data to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and achieve marketing goals.

Email Marketing. Design and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and retain customers.

Segment email lists and run targeted campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.

Analyze email marketing performance (open rates, CTR, etc) and optimize based on data.

Collaborate with Teams. Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Coordinate with the development team to optimize the website for conversions and user experience.

Skills Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

Strong experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc Strong writing and content creation skills.

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc).

Solid understanding of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
