Executive - Retail Sales - Fashion/Gems (2-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

- Conduct counter sales effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is well-organized and inviting.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail store.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

Mandate Skills :

- Proven experience in counter sales, preferably in the fashion, retail, or gems industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.

- Proficient in handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications :
