Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail store.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
Mandate Skills :
- Proven experience in counter sales, preferably in the fashion, retail, or gems industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Proficient in handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.
Preferred Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or business is a plus.
- Knowledge of fashion or gems industry products is an advantage.
