Project Manager - SAP Success Factor (12-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors to lead and manage our SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in SAP project management and at least one full-cycle implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to completion. Atleast handled 1 end to end project in SAP Successfactor.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Qualification :

- 12-15 years of experience in SAP project management.

- Proven experience with at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

- SAP SF certified.

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.

- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
