iOS Developer - SWIFT/Objective C (3-4 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled iOS Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for the iOS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly apps that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience.

Code Quality & Testing :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.

- Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure code quality and application reliability.

Integration & Troubleshooting :

- Integrate third-party libraries and APIs into applications to enhance functionality.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define app features and functionality.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Documentation :

- Maintain documentation for application design, code changes, and technical specifications.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers as needed.

Skills & Technologies Required :

- Proficient in Swift and Objective-C.

- Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, and Alamofire.

- Development Tools : Experience with Xcode, Interface Builder, and Git for version control.

- APIs : Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services for integration.

- Understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and mobile design patterns.

- Performance Optimization : Experience in optimizing mobile applications for performance and scalability.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with app submission and maintenance in the App Store.

- Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
