Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect with 15-20 years of solid digital experience in Java-based platforms, full-stack development, and cloud migration (preferably AWS) to join our innovative team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and architecting solutions for cloud migrations, developing platforms, and implementing strategies for modernizing legacy systems.

This is a leadership role that will require both technical and business acumen to work on large-scale US based projects for a top-tier MNC client.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the architecture of cutting-edge applications, drive cloud adoption, and oversee migration patterns from legacy platforms to modern cloud environments.

You will also play a key role in managing the development lifecycle, ensuring quality through automation testing, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Architecture : Design and architect scalable, high-performance solutions for migrating legacy systems to modern cloud platforms (preferably AWS), ensuring system reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

- Cloud Migration Strategy : Develop comprehensive cloud migration plans and strategies, guiding the migration of applications and infrastructure from on-premise environments to AWS, and ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

- Full Stack Development : Leverage expertise in both backend (Java, Spring, etc.) and frontend (React, Angular, etc.) technologies to ensure the architecture is fully integrated, scalable, and responsive.

- Platform Development : Oversee the development of platforms that support large-scale systems, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance.

- Automation Testing : Promote and implement automated testing strategies (using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) to enhance the quality and reliability of the platform.

- Collaboration & Leadership : Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders from US-based projects, leading teams through complex architectural decisions and challenges, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements.

- Technical Guidance : Provide hands-on technical leadership to teams of developers, ensuring optimal solutions and helping troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the migration process.

- Shift Flexibility : The role will require flexibility to work in late evening shifts (till 11 PM) to align with US-based teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience : 15-20 years of experience in digital solutions development, with a strong background in Java-based platforms and full-stack development.

- Cloud Migration Expertise : Demonstrated experience in migrating legacy applications to AWS cloud environments, with hands-on experience in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.

- Solution Architecture : Expertise in architecting end-to-end solutions, including system integration, security, scalability, and cloud-native design.

- Full Stack Development : Proficiency in Java (Spring, Hibernate, etc.), and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or similar.

Shift Availability : Ability to work in late evening shifts (till 11 PM) to coordinate with US teams and clients.
