About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead / Manager to drive the development of high-quality web applications.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, NGRX, RxJS, and CI/CD, and experience in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should be able to guide a team, implement best practices, and deliver scalable front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage front-end development projects using Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, NGRX, and RxJS.

- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and guidance to a team of developers.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.

- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

- Oversee the design, implementation, debugging, and deployment of front-end web applications.

- Work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UI/UX designers, to align on requirements.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex development issues to ensure timely project completion.

- Encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the development process.

- Take ownership of technical challenges and propose scalable solutions.
