Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Sales and Business Development :

• Identify and generate leads for Lamella Clarifiers and Clariflocculators in water, wastewater, and industrial sectors.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and maintain a competitive edge.

Client Engagement:

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and government bodies.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Proposal and Negotiation:

• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the engineering and pricing teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
• Market Intelligence:
• Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams for improvements. Technical Expertise:
• Understand and explain technical specifications, design features, and advantages of Lamella Clarifiers and Clariflocculators.
• Liaise with the technical team to provide customized solutions for client requirements. Reporting and Coordination:
• Maintain sales records, reports, and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
