TIAA is hiring for the position of Analyst - ML Engineer:

• Experience - 2 to 4 years
• Location - Pune (Kharadi)

Role and Responsibilities

• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure, Incidence management and root cause analysis.
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
• Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).

We are looking for:

• Must have 2-4 Yrs of relevant experience.
• Team Lead/Team Player ability to work in global team environment. Collaboration with business-driven team, business development and Stakeholder. Strategy/Vision driven approaches,
• Good Communication skills
• REST or RPC, microservices-based architectures.
• Proficient in Python, having extensive experience on AI & ML Platform support.
• Proficient in CloudBees, Git, UNIX/Linux
• Proficient in Docker, OpenShift and container technologies.
• AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure (multi-cloud preferred).
• CI/CD Jenkins and Spinnaker
• Terraform & Ansible for performing DevOps on cloud platforms.
• Java/Spring boot, Golang, Python, JS/NodeJS, Rust
• Data Dog, Grafana
• Prometheus, Geneos, Jaeger, Open Telemetry, Zipkin, Splunk
• Redis, Gemfire, Hazelcast, Golden Gate
• OpenSearch, OpenDistro, Logstash, Filebeat, Data pipelines.
• Exposure to Analytics platforms.

Certification:

• AWS Certified DevOps / Solutions Architect
• CKA Certified
