Job Description

An HR Executive plays a critical role in managing the human resources functions of an organization. They perform administrative tasks in the HR department, such as staff management, hiring processes, employee welfare programs, maintenance of HR records, etc. You will also be responsible for updating HR policies and forecasting recruitment needs for the company.

Role and Responsibilities

Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures. Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. Managing employee benefits and compensation packages. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees. Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.

Skills Required

Must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent. Having familiarity with the human resource software and applicant tracking system. Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle. Having knowledge of labour legislation. Having leadership qualities and abilities.

Roles Responsibilities

Expert in generating leads from bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, People Per Hour, Freelancer etc.

Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.

Should be expert in client interaction. Expert in generating new business through LinkedIn, Facebook other Social Media Portals. Can Meet the Targets within timeline and handle work Pressure. Experience in Business Development, project requirement analysis, drafting proposal and negotiation with International clients. Can work with the team and individual as well Should have experience in handling digital marketing projects Should be able to manage the sales process independently.

Should have experience in handling the lead generation team, motivating them, support them for qualified leads.

Self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly. Able to propose project budgeting to the client. Requirements Should have 4 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing. He/She should have experience in handling International clients. Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Execute and mature the bid. Good command in English.
