Data Scientist - Azure/Machine Learning (6-11 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to extract, transform, and load data into Azure Data Lake Storage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for complex business challenges.

- Develop high-quality code in Python, leveraging PySpark, SQL Server, and SQL Azure to address real-world data processing needs.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed applications, with continuous monitoring and optimization.

Job Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Azure Databricks, ADF, and Azure Synapse Analytics Platform.

- Proficiency in Python programming, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and machine learning libraries.

- Hands-on experience with big data processing technologies like Spark.

- Familiarity with optimization libraries such as CPLEX, Gurobi, or ORTools.

- Strong working knowledge of SQL (SQL Server and SQL Azure).

- Experience with cloud technologies, primarily MS Azure (GCP is a plus).

Data Science Expertise :

- Understanding of machine learning concepts and familiarity with CRISP-DM frameworks.

- Experience in business requirements gathering and translating them into actionable technical solutions.

- Proficiency in data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and deployment.
