Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Audit Manager role located in Baner, Pune. The Audit Manager will be responsible for managing financial audits, analyzing financial statements, and utilizing strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations (CA firm experience preferable).

Qualifications:

• Financial Statements and Analytical Skills
• Finance and Accounting expertise
• Experience in conducting Financial Audits
• Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of PQE
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle statutory audit and Income tax audit.
• Scrutinizing books of account and preparing work papers related to audit closure
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IGAAP and Ind-AS
• Implement IFC and ensure compliance
• Prepare CARO reports and corporate tax returns
• Knowledge of transfer pricing clauses and regulations
• Strong audit team handling and leadership skills
