Job Description: Lead IT Recruiter
- As the Lead IT Recruiter, you will take a strategic and hands-on approach to lead the recruitment efforts for our growing IT teams.
- You will work closely with Engineering hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure that we attract and hire top-tier talent.
- You will also guide and mentor a team of recruiters, driving the recruitment process, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering and hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing needs, and develop tailored recruitment strategies to address them.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and the achievement of hiring goals.
- Oversee and refine sourcing strategies, including leveraging LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking events to attract top IT talent.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
- Lead the screening and selection process by conducting technical interviews, reviewing resumes, and partnering with hiring managers for final interviews.
- Take charge of the offer negotiation process, working closely with candidates and hiring managers to finalize salary, benefits, and other terms.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities are documented and tracked using Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System), and provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
What We Are Looking For:
- 8-12 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team.
- Expertise in recruiting for a range of IT roles (Java Developer, Python, Windows, React, QA, etc.
- Deep knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Greenhouse, and HR databases.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient and streamlined recruitment processes.
- Experience using technical assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' skills.
- A proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and achieving hiring goals in a competitive market.
