Job Description
- MIS Executive The MIS Executive (Excel) will be responsible for managing and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel to support business operations and decision-making
- The role involves creating and maintaining data reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational efficiency
- The MIS Executive will collaborate with various departments to gather data, ensure data accuracy, and provide timely and accurate reports to management
- Additionally, they will identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and present actionable insights to improve business processes and productivity
- The ideal candidate should possess advanced Excel skills, data analysis expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good in Excel
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Min 1 year of Experience in Excel/Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of MIS and Data Management
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to prepare delivery files, Data Manipulation
- Making MIS Reports on collated data
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports/delivery sent
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Exemplary ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Excel Formulas such as Pivot Table, V-lookup, H-lookup, Conditional formatting, Count IF, Sum IF, and other basic formulas, etc
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Graduate, no matter from which field you belong to
- BTech and MBA will be a highly preferred qualification Excellent Typing Skills with both Speed and High Level of Accuracy
- Working knowledge on MS word & MS excel
- Should have good analytical & observation skills
- Should be good in documentation & in collecting transaction metrics Should show attention to detail & be a consistent performer
- Good Communication Skills
