Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based MIS reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic decisions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Support and Training: Provide support and training to team members and other departments on data-related issues and best practices in Excel.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of data sources, reporting processes, and methodologies to ensure consistency and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree

• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP.

• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
