Monitoring & Evaluation - MIS Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, and external systems), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Clean, transform, and model data to prepare it for analysis and reporting.
• Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI to help stakeholders understand critical business metrics.
• Generate detailed and summary reports that provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to different teams.
• Ensure data consistency and quality across all reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies and issues within data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as IT, Finance, and Operations) to gather requirements, define KPIs, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Implement automation processes to optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data visualization and reporting.
• Proficien in Power BI and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytica and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into data insights.
