MSR / MIS Executive - Telecom

Role & responsibilities

1. BSNL documentation, mainly preparing invoice set, scanning, making copy etc.
2. Maintaining MIS of different tracker, like daily dispatch report, delivery report, Bill submission report etc.
3. Uploading data in BSNL portal as an when required after preparing the MIS.
4. Co-ordination with factory for materials dispatch status.
5. Follow-up with logistics team for early delivery of materials.
6. Co-ordination with customer representative for any query related to supply.
7. Co-ordination with all 4 regional teams for different activities.
8. Follow-up with liaison agents (if required) to get the job done from BSNL.
9. Visit to HO for original invoice documents submission as and when required.
10. Co-ordination with regional / branch service teams for any complain from customer.
