Mis Executive

Position Overview:

The MIS Analyst in the Legal Department will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to legal operations, ensuring that accurate reports are generated, and providing insights to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. The role will involve managing legal documents, tracking legal cases, and maintaining a comprehensive database of legal information for the organization.

Role & responsibilities

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports for the Legal Department.
• Well versed with MIS Generation, MS-Excel Formulas VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table Analysis, Real-Time Data Analysis, PPT Preparation & Document Dispatch.
• Create and manage dashboards to track the progress of legal cases, compliance issues, and other legal processes.
• Prepare and review regular reports on litigation status, contract management, and legal expenditures.

2. Document Management & Tracking

• Maintain a comprehensive database of legal documents, including contracts, litigation records, and other legal files.
• Track the status and deadlines of ongoing legal cases and matters.
• Ensure proper documentation for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Collaboration with Legal and Other Departments

• Coordinate with legal counsel, paralegals, and other departments to gather data for reports and ensure the accuracy of legal information.
• Assist in preparing reports for senior management, regulatory bodies, and auditors.
• Support the legal team in providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
