Bot Developer - NLP/LLM (4-6 yrs)

What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, and deploy next-generation chatbots and voicebots on platforms like Google Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework.

- Build intelligent, responsive bots using NLP, NLU, and ML techniques, leveraging Dialogflow CX and integrating LLM (playbook) features.

- Seamlessly integrate bots with backend systems and APIs for smooth data exchange and enhanced functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, continuously improving performance and staying ahead with the latest in Conversational AI trends.

- Collaborate with developers, designers, and key stakeholders to meet project requirements and exceed user expectations.

- Integrate chatbot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs.

- Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and implement improvements for optimal bot performance.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in conversational AI to keep our solutions cutting-edge.

Your Skills & Experience :

- Experience in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with playbooks and proficiency in Google CCAI, Dialogflow ES, Dialogflow CX, and Azure Bot - Framework Composer

- Solid JavaScript skills

- Advanced expertise in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, especially in distributed environments

- Bonus : Experience with Nuance Mix Tools, Genesys Composer, and SQL knowledge
