Job Description
- Defines and ensures implementation of R&D Quality guidelines, policies and procedures, and ensures adherence to Quality and product safety agreements, for an assigned R&D organization unit.
- Ensures planning, realization, verification and validation of quality related customer requirements, within a project assigned, and supports project team in applying relevant quality standards.
- Defines and ensures implementation of REX Process, standards, methods and tools competence.
- Creates & ensures adherence to Quality & Safety Plan for the project, and defines quality targets and Quality assurance measures .
- Acts as a quality expert in project related research and development processes.
- Coordinates all R&D project related quality and safety aspects are obeyed.
- Maintains contacts with suppliers, and negotiates Quality and Product Safety aspects, in support if the accountable R&D (project) management.
- Ensures adherence to Quality & Safety Plan for the project, and defines quality targets and Quality assurance measures .
- Clarifies and negotiates quality deviations, and derives measures from project risk management.
- Manages and oversees assigned Quality Professionals.
- Desirable:
- ISO/TS 22163 Certified Professional
- Is responsible for product safety
- Consults in commissioning products in the field, in order to support responsible engineer
- BE / ME in Electronic Engineering or similar
