Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

1. Logging and resolving users issues
2. users correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources
3. Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team
4. QA tasks and technical documentation
5. System monitoring
6. Determine, review criticality and prioritize resolution of issues.
7. Resolve cases and support Lead Software Support Analysts.
8. Engage in Knowledge Management process by creating and using materials.
9. Guide users to use self-help resources.
10. Offer direct users service and technical support to user through phone, email and in-person.
11. Support clients to answer queries, locate information and review technical requirements.
12. Record users change requests and technical requirements.
13. Manage Product Help Desk and capture user interactions.
14. Record issues and solutions to troubleshoot guides.
15. Present to end users for training purposes.
16. Develop course materials and educate in classroom setting.
17. Create application training manuals and classroom training materials.
18. Support new personnel in software, programs and operational instructions.
19. Perform analysis of existing application protocols and software tools.
20. Design and develop new applications that support business growth.
21. Provide and support recommendations for improved procedures and policies.
22. Provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems.
23. Assist and support in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
