Creative Art Directer

• Conceive ideas about campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials
• Offer completed ideas to clients or team members
• Staying updated with the latest standards, processes and trends in the visual design field
• Creativity and capability to delegate responsibilities
• Entrust projects to inhouse designers and oversee storyboards
• Manage presentation of final concepts and synchronize production and dissemination for organizational use

• Expertise in leading a team of creatives
• Adept in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in MS Office and graphic design software
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in knowing and interpreting feedback
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
