Job Description:

Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, Profit Before Tax and working / fixed capital expenditures.

Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing the market variables.

Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting and Modelling tools.

Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool, Microsoft Excel, PPT and Dashboard reports.

Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

i. Develop database and financial models that enable building of reports providing valuable business insights to Business heads /RFC’s.

ii. Market comparatives.

iii. Help on Cost Benefit analysis.

iv. Regional reporting with key trends

v. Help on the business presentations.

Profile Description:

• CA/MBA/M.Com with Finance from institutes of repute can also be considered only if relevant work experience is available.
• Relevant Experience in FP&A/Business Finance domain with SAP (End user) experience.
• Candidates should have experience in Power BI / Tableau, Dashboard preparation and Advanced Excel.
• Should be able to identify and implement Continuous Improvement Projects to improve team’s productivity and efficiency and overall quality of processes.
• Well versed with MS Office – Excel, Power Point
• Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in an environment of tight timelines.
• Strong domain expertise, analytical skills and logical reasoning and ability to work independently.
• Very good communication skills as the role will require coordination with various stakeholders.
• Hindi language added advantage
