About the Role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing robust test plans and strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct thorough manual testing to identify defects and verify functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable feedback to enhance product quality.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset and a strong sense of accountability for delivering high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years in software quality assurance.
• Manual Testing: Strong skills in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Web App Testing: Proficiency in testing web applications.
• Tools Proficiency: Experience with test management tools like TestRail and JIRA.
• API Testing: Proficiency with Postman for API testing.
• Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of JavaScript and its application in automated testing is preferred.
• Automation Testing: Experience with Selenium using Java is a plus.
• CI/CD and Version Control: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git.
• AI Automation Tools: Experience with AI automation tools, particularly Testrigor, is a significant advantage.
• Healthcare Domain: Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
