Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends.
- Experience working in a creative or advertising environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.
