Job Summary: The Google Ads Specialist will manage, optimize, and analyze our Google Ads campaigns, driving traffic and conversions for our business. You will be responsible for maximizing ROI, implementing best practices, and working alongside our marketing team to align ad strategy with overall business goals.

• Ad Copywriting: Create compelling, conversion-focused ad copy that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids to ensure maximum ROI within budget constraints.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• A/B Testing: Run A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates.
