Job Description:

What Youll Do:

- Collaborate with top management to present key data insights, enabling strategic business decisions.

- Manage and lead a team of 5-7 members, ensuring seamless team coordination and productivity.

- Analyze and ensure the accuracy of critical data for operations and decision-making processes.

- Oversee the smooth operation of organizational workflows, identifying areas for process improvements.

- Leverage expertise in Power BI Dashboards and Advanced Excel to create, analyze, and present data reports.

- Provide timely and accurate data visualizations that reflect business trends and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate insights from data to support business operations, marketing campaigns, and client strategies.

- Design dashboards to measure KPIs and performance, ensuring actionable and reliable reporting.

- Train and guide the team in understanding and presenting data-driven solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional departments to align data strategies with business objectives.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, specializing in data analysis, reporting, and insights.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a small team effectively.

- Proficiency in tools like Power BI and Advanced Excel for data visualization and reporting.

- Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy and reliability under tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to derive meaningful insights from complex data.

- Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
