Maruti Ispat & Energy - Assistant General Manager - Strategy (6-12 yrs)

- Review, analyze and ensure the visibility of organization's goals.

- Strategy Review - Analysis, Consolidation, Communication and deep diving for material insights,

- Lead all reviews & provide valuable inputs to keep all plans on track.

- Analyzing technological, legal, sociological, political and economic trends with regards to Iron & Steel space & use learnings.

- Benchmarking & competitive analysis w.r.t. competitors /global organizations, Environmental scan & summary report to management for decision making.

- Prepare, drive & monitor the implementation of new projects/strategic initiatives by defining the project charter & coordinating with CFT

- Conduct market & competitive analysis

- Review post implementation performance to capture learnings & propose improvements

- Monitor the end to end activities related to different projects

- Directly conduct analysis (desktop, market research, agency report etc)

- Work with CFTs
