Job Description
- Prepare the database of suppliers/vendors for all required material.
- Interacting with various suppliers for inviting quotations.
- Preparing comparative statements of quotations received from vendors.
- Check bill/invoices received from vendors against GRNs received from site and coordinate with vendor for any discrepancies in bill/invoice.
- Keeping track of material requirements received from various sites and timely supply of materials as per requirement raised.
- Prepare & issue purchase order to selected vendors & confirm, also confirm the delivery date & time for the same.
- Regular follow up with vendors for timely and accurate delivery on site. Coordinate with sites/stores for deliveries and any discrepancies in material received.
- Carry out Market survey and collect data for cost effective quality alternatives available in market.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of ERP at all stages of purchase process as per SOP.
- Adherence to purchase procedures defined in SOP.
- Prepare -and timely submit various MIS reports as per SOP.
