• Managed PAN India service delivery for Government/PSUs/Defense clients, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and on-time execution of services.
• Streamlined processes to boost operational efficiency and guarantee the timely delivery of commitments.
• Led escalation management, promptly addressing customer concerns and implementing corrective actions to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborated with internal teams to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery and resolve issues proactively.
• Drove business growth by expanding service offerings with existing clients and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
• Oversaw resource deployment, transition planning, and setup of delivery modules for new clients, ensuring alignment with SLAs and customer expectations.
• Ensured timely billing and payment collections, supporting healthy cash flow management.

Requirement

• BE/ B.Tech /MCA/BCA/B.SC/Diploma in IT Hardware/Networking
• Minimum 10 Years experience in Government clients Management
• Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written communication)
• Salary up to 7LPA
