Milestone - Senior AI Product Manager (8-16 yrs)

Milestone's product team is looking for a hands-on Senior Technical AI Product Manager who will develop innovative AI solutions and translate executive visions into detailed product strategies. Someone with strong technical aptitude and prior experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver innovative AI SaaS business applications and solutions Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into Milestone products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- As A Senior AI Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business, strategy and product, you will be in charge of translating management-level initiatives and executive visions on AI into actionable plans, including constructing AI product prototypes using state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Systems, and Agentic Platforms.

- You will work closely with the CPO, Head of product and the Product team to define future AI product roadmap, in addition to collaborating with Ecosystem, Business Development, Operations, and the broader engineering entities to drive AI initiatives that aligns with our business objectives.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Leading the AI product with engineering team to develop and implement our AI strategy using cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic platforms.

- convert board-level AI initiatives into detailed product requirements and rapid prototyping sprints.

- Developing and enforcing best practices for AI product development, including data governance, model evaluation, and ethical standards.

- Collaborating with Platform R&D teams to drive necessary product requirements and dependencies.

- Defining the product capabilities for data ingestion, data security, data governance, data modeling & data analytics with metadata and API-based extensibility for Milestone Presence Cloud Platform.

- Defining the administration and setup experience for Milestone Presence Cloud Platform.

- Work with other Milestone cloud products to light up end-to-end use cases based on data integrations.

- Collaborate with several internal stakeholders with conflicting needs and require strong product leadership to ensure alignment, consistent design principles, and adoption from other teams.

- Interact with customers across all business units and functional groups to understand pain points and collect requirements.

- Define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on those success metrics.

- Evangelize Milestone platform design principles throughout the company, Establish strong cross-functional relationships, Influence key organization stakeholders, and lead change.

Position Requirements:

- Proven experience in leading AI projects from conception to launch, including hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and agile development.

Minimum 10 years of experience as per below details:

- Proven track record of working in an engineering role initially (minimum 5 years) and later transitioned into a product management role (minimum 5 years)

- Combined experience of working in engineering teams and in product management with expertise in SaaS or PaaS environments.

- Expertise in public cloud services and/or cloud-native architectures

- Expertise in building a cloud service from scratch and scaling it to millions of users.

- A deep understanding of the building App Platforms including metadata, custom objects & fields, APIs, and Setup.

- Experience with big data technology, analytic platforms, and frameworks

- Understanding of secure software development lifecycle from coding to deployment

- Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute a plan.

- Well-developed management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead others.

- Excellent organization and communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background.

- Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer escalations.

- Should have partnership experience: Experience of managing partnership is a big plus (API/Data partnership with vendors/partner ecosystem)

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science.

- MBA Preferred
